Mr. Giorgio Johnson is the Chief Executive Officer of Reign Capital & Consulting Group, as well as Reign Financial International. As an entrepreneur with multiple successful companies, Giorgio learned the value of having a strong database of capital resources and the right strategic advisers. His unique background in raising capital for his own companies has offered a unique perspective on creative ways to raise capital, take a company to the public market, and create strategic relationships to grow companies and more.

Over the past decade, Giorgio has opened up his connections to help introduce companies to hundreds of millions of dollars for their capital needs. He has also facilitated strategic relationships between organizations, IPOs and reverse mergers, introduced capital resources for land development, acquisition opportunities, turnarounds for multiple companies in private and public sectors. He has also presented JV deals, advised companies on their structure to improve valuation, made introductions for international companies to access capital abroad, and partnered companies with quick money sources.

Mr. Johnson is the founder of Nyxio Technologies Corporation and has been its Chief Executive Officer and President since July 2011. Giorgio has well over 20 plus years of experience as an entrepreneur. He is also the Owner of For Eye Styles, an eye-wear retailer, founded in 2007. Further, since 2004, Giorgio founded EEI International and served as its President. In the past he served as a Consultant to NL Jacobsen Enterprises and the Davis Company, lending engineering and systems integration expertise to clients such as Philips in the Netherlands, Chartered in Singapore and other businesses throughout Asia and Europe. Prior to that, Giorgio worked as a Systems Integration Engineer for PRI Automation and Brooks Automation, integrating systems at companies such as Intel, IBM France, IBM Vermont, Atmel, Micron, Anam, Samsung, LSI and Lucent. Mr. Johnson remains dedicated to assisting companies reach their full potential. Further, Mr. Johnson is also Interim CEO of Wookey Search Technologies.
